Delete Your OnePedal Account
You can delete your OnePedal account and its associated data at any time.
Delete it yourself, in the app
The fastest way is from the app itself:
Open OnePedal and sign in.
On iOS and Android, open the Settings tab and tap Edit Profile. On desktop, open the profile menu and choose Edit Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account, then confirm.
Deletion happens immediately. This is the same on iOS, Android, and desktop.
Request deletion by email
If you can't sign in or no longer have the app installed, email contact@groundhogaudio.com from the address on your OnePedal account with the subject "Delete my account."
We'll verify ownership of the address and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Your account and sign-in credentials
Your profile details
Your songs, setlists, and gear chains (see the note on published community tones below)
Your saved guitars and outputs
Any images you uploaded (avatars, guitar and output photos, custom song and setlist artwork)
Deleting your account also cancels any active monthly subscription, so you won't be billed again.
What we keep
Billing records. Retained as long as tax and accounting law requires, for legal compliance only, and not linked to an active account.
Lifetime access. Deleting your account does not forfeit a lifetime purchase. Email contact@groundhogaudio.com and we will provide a restore code for your new account.
Published community tones. Tones you shared publicly remain available to other players. Your name and profile are removed and the tone is shown as published by "Deleted User." This is permanent and cannot be reattributed to a later account. To have a published tone removed entirely rather than anonymized, delete it in the app before deleting your account, or email contact@groundhogaudio.com with the song title.
Deleting some of your data
You don't have to delete your account to remove individual items. Songs, setlists, tones, gear, cabinet impulse responses and any images you've added can all be deleted from within the app. If you'd like something removed that you can't delete yourself, email contact@groundhogaudio.com.
